Victoria Anderson

Ms. Anderson’s Master’s degree has prepared her well for a multi-faceted career in the world of words. From traditional writing, formatting and editing of a variety of manuals to organizing, editing, and publishing a monthly elementary newsletter, she has become a talented professional freelance writer. She is comfortable working with a variety of writing formats and subjects including resumes, technical content, abstracts, instructional and curriculum materials as well as web site content. She has also written freelance abstracts for a variety of science journals, magazines, and periodicals.

Susan Andres

Ms. Andres has a Master’s degree in Curriculum and Instruction from the University of Chicago. More than eight years as a teacher and 15 years of business experience make her uniquely qualified to create curriculum and test questions which correlate to testing standards for assessments like the SAT, AP, GMAT, LSAT, and teacher certification tests. Her exceptional knowledge of English grammar and mechanics makes her a valuable editor and proof reader. Ms. Andres has served as an author for Xamonline for such diverse subjects as mathematics, chemistry, general science, and general knowledge.

Frances Stanford

Frances Stanford earned a Master of Education in Literacy from Mount St. Vincent University in Halifax, Nova Scotia in addition to her Bachelor’s degrees in Secondary Education, History and English. She has over thirty years of experience as a teacher and administrator including two years as a principal. She is a publisher and writer of novel study guides and teacher resource material as well as a freelance writer of web copy for Internet sites.

Janis Petersen

Beginning with a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and culminating with a Ph.D. in Economics from the University of Notre Dame, Dr. Petersen’s academic career has been enhanced by her commitment to staying current in her field by continuing to work professionally with business entities including Qwest Communications, Standard Oil Company, and the Chicago Mercantile Exchange. She has maintained a powerful vitae with regular scholarly contributions to numerous academic and professional publications in addition to consistent participation at conferences as a contributor and discussant. With her considerable and varied experience, she has turned her attention to working as an editor and contributor to academic publications.

Beginning her educational career in English and graduating with an Ed.D. in Early Childhood Education and Reading Language Arts from the University of North Dakota, Dr. Anderson has dedicated her life to sharing her love of language with students from nursery school through graduate school including more than thirty years as a teacher/professor at Minnesota State University Moorhead. Now she has taken her considerable experience, including in-service coursework in Writing Across the Curriculum (WAC), and turned her attention to freelance writing and editing. In addition to editing Master’s theses and Doctoral dissertations, she also works on articles, books, and study guides for teachers preparing for certifications as both a writer and editor.
