Jeffrey Clark, PhD
Having earned a doctorate degree in Electrical Engineering from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University, Dr. Jeffrey Clark is now a full-time professional writer for XAMonline. His diverse technical background includes expertise in the areas of applied electromagnetics, digital image processing, computer programming, computer hardware and theoretical physics. With a doctorate degree in Physics Dr. Sreela Datta’s impressive background also includes experience in engineering and IT software development. Her interests extend far beyond technical topics and include literature, history, psychology, and philosophy. Patricia Wynne, PhD, MBA
Dr. Wynne obtained her doctorate degree in Neuroscience from the University of Massachusetts Medical School where she focused on neural adaptations induced by alcohol. During her graduate career Patricia wrote several grant proposals and was awarded a Ruth L. Kirschstein pre-doctoral fellowship from the National Institute of Health for 3 consecutive years. Her publications appear in such journals as Neuron, the Journal of Neuroscience and the Journal of Pharmacology and Experimental Therapeutics. Her interests include biotech business development, intellectual property law, and teaching. To this end, Dr. Wynne has also earned a Masters in Business Administration from the University of Massachusetts Isenberg School of Management and is a registered patent agent with the United States Patent and Trademark Office. She has experience teaching biology labs, neuroscience, and scientific writing at Assumption College, Worcester Polytechnic Institute and the University of Massachusetts Medical School. Dr. Wynne’s continued interest in education along with a multi-faceted background in scientific writing and teaching make her a wonderful asset to XAMonline.
Sally Rushmore, MS
Twenty years of experience writing and editing make Sally Rushmore an exceptional professional. Her Master’s degree in Science Education from Indiana University and an additional two years of medical school make her a valuable contributor to educational materials in the field of science. Her strengths are in the areas of chemistry, biology, natural science, physical science and geology. She earned her Doctor of Medicine at the University of Minnesota in addition to a Bachelor’s in Biochemistry and an Associate’s in Criminal Justice. She has brought this multi-faceted academic background to her work as an editor, proofreader, and writer including an article published in the Journal of Bacteriology as well as three articles written for the Minnesota Historical Society on the “Greatest Generation Project.” She has also been a ghostwriter for novels, informational, and fiction books for private authors.

Andrew Knott, BS
Valedictorian of his high school class and a National Merit Scholar, Andrew went on to obtain his Bachelor’s degree from University of Central Florida, graduating with a 4.0 GPA. Passionate about law, Molecular Biology and Microbiology, Andrew Knott used his scientific background as the foundation for his writing career. As a Research Analyst (Science Writer) for the University of Central Florida, he concentrated on writing and editing journal articles, reviews, grant proposals, and scientific manuscripts. He has had articles appear in several publications including ARS Forum Issue, NYAS Annals, and Trends in Neuroscience. His is also a Tennis Professional and is USPTA certified.
