Roberta Ramsey
Fulbright scholar Special Ed, Ph.D. University of Florida, elementary school principal, University professor, Georgia Southwestern and University of Georgia, Columbia, GA. Beginning in 1996, Dr. Ramsey developed the initial study guide used for Florida called Varying Exceptionalities which covered 12 specialties. The product has changed with each edition as the federal laws and methods evolved. Now, the FTCE is termed Exceptional Students.

Kathy Schinerman
Kathy’s lifetime career is at the middle school in Palm Beach county. Her specific expertise is in behavior disorders. She has earned a Master’s degree in Special Education.
 

Susan Wagner
Susan earned a Ph.D in Special Education from the University of New Mexico and is currently teaching in Springfield Massachusetts. Her post graduate interests include current approaches to reading, methods in math instruction and assessing literacy in the classroom.
 

sutliffPaul Sutliff
Paul Sutliff is a teacher of a 12:1:1 class in The School of Imaging and Information Technology in Rochester, NY.. He has a Master’s degree in Special Education from Nazareth College in Rochester, New York in addition to his Bachelor’s in Religion and Philosophy. He is a person who can make complicated things simple which is a gift when working with Special Education students. Paul edited special education guides as well as added the resource guide. He has created Special Education curriculum designed to stimulate interest in hard-to-reach students and is especially knowledgeable in Special Education Law. Books with contributions or ghost writing can be found in bookstores across the U.S.A. He was the founder and editor of the Berean Research Report, a weekly E-news service that was distributed to over 20 countries with over 500 subscribers.
